Bouldering Fundamentals is a great way to improve your technique and meet other people climbing at a similar level.

These sessions are aimed at those starting out their climbing journey, so are perfect if you are climbing our Mild routes and want to make your way towards something a little hotter…

Following a rolling six-week syllabus, each week a different topic is covered:

  1. Footwork

  2. Transferring Weight

  3. Body Position

  4. Using Momentum

  5. Overhangs

  6. Routereading

These sessions run every Tuesday at 7.30pm, and cost £5 unless you are a member, in which case they are free!
